Staying at Pension-Ristorante Ventura Ehemals Reinhards Pension was a memorable experience for my family. The character of this over 300-year-old pension is truly something special, with charming stairs that echo history. It was a warm retreat for us to unwind after hiking. The breakfast, featuring fresh rolls from a local bakery, fueled our adventures each day. With the Harz National Park just 20 km away, we took the opportunity to explore its scenic trails. I found myself snapping shots of the breathtaking views while my daughters enjoyed the diverse wildlife. An added bonus was the nearby Snake Farm in Schladen, which fascinated our kids and made for an educational outing. The location is perfect for families, offering skiing and golfing activities within reach. We had a great time skiing on a family day trip, which kept us active and engaged. The pension's family-friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Clean, welcoming, and rich in character, we left feeling grateful for our time there. We're already looking forward to returning for another adventure!
